冬季食疗五大健康滋补养生粥推荐     1、甜浆粥

　　4、脊肉粥
　　取脊肉50克洗净切小块，用少许油炒后与粳米50克、适量水同煮成粥，加食盐少许调味，早晚空腹食用。

　　取胡桃5个取仁略捣，同粳米100克煮成粥，加红糖少许拌匀，早晚空腹食用。
　　宋代《海上名方》中录：本粥通过补骨益肺健脾而使气血充盛，润燥生津，肌肤润泽，形体健美，乌须黑发。故常食此粥不仅有润肤之功，且有排石之能，但大便溏薄者不宜。
